• At the conclusion of our Internet / telephone survey, you will be given the chance to provide your email address / phone number so that Busch's may notify you if you win the monthly drawing. Your email address or telephone number will be kept confidential and will only be used to notify you if you have won the monthly drawing.

• You must be eighteen years of age or older to enter.

• Entries are limited to one per survey. Limit one response per seven day period.

• Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

• Monthly prize winner will be drawn from all accumulated entries, by random drawing from the total entries received via phone and over the Internet.

• Drawing is held on the first day of each calendar month. All entries received during the prior calendar month are eligible.

• Grand Prize: A $250 Busch's Gift Certificate

• All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. All taxes are payable by the winner and are based on the manufacturer's or supplier's suggested retail price at the time of awarding.

• In fairness to all entrants, employees of Busch's along with affiliates, suppliers, distributors and promotional agencies, and their immediate family or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

• Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Prize may be forfeited if there is no response to the notification within 30 days of notification. Upon forfeiture, no compensation shall be given.

• Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Busch's use his/her name and address (city and state only), likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
